This form must be completed to receive any funding from Inspire Artistic Minds.  This form, all reciepts, and experience summary are due no later than 30 days after you have completed your experience, otherwise we are not able to guarantee your funding.  The summary must answer the following questions:

What did you learn through this experience?  What do you hope to do with this knowledge now?  How has IAM been an impactful part of connecting you to this experience?  What are your thoughts on IAM as an organization dedicated to connecting artists to the things that will inspire them?

The scholarship commitment form should be submitted along with your proof of participation, your summary of your event completing the questions listed, and any other requirements expressed to you in your letter of approval from Inspire Artistic Minds.  After all the requested materials are submitted to Inspire Artistic Minds, promised funds are released to the applicant as they become available to the organization.  Thank you so much for participating in the Inspire Artistic Minds Scholarship Program, we look forward to you being an advocate of our organization.
